"Mark was very pleasant. However, the staff, especially Corina, are some of the most abraisive, unpleasant, and unprofessional people I have ever encountered in my entire life. I've been a State Farm member for 25 years. I cancelled all of my coverages as a result of their attitude and behavior. Outside of my literal enemies in the military, I don't know that I've ever met someone more unempathetic, callous, cold hearted, and down right mean as Corina. What's crazier is that I cannot pin point a single reason WHY such hateful behavior was directed at me."

"Very unprofessional staff. I came in and asked for help switching to this agent, I was met with bad attitudes. I was told to call and switch agents myself. I have never had this issue at a state farm location."

"Consumate professionals who seem to genuinely care about my family on an individual basis. I am glad I transferd my affairs to them. Mark Harbold, my agent, is accessable and attentive. He did an evaluation of my policy one day and called me to make me aware of serious issues that required my attention. The issue was resolved with a follow up phone call by the following day. That is great service. In a world of numbers it is refreshing to be treated as an individual. I respect that."
